If I have a listing paying long storage fee then will I still be paying long-storage fee if I ask Amazon to remap SKU?

  Long-term storage fee is for the storage, so even if you remap the stock will still be bound and Amazon will still know that it has been in the warehouse for whatever time, so yes you’ll be paying the long term storage fee still.
